Craig’s passion for real estate was evident early on in his life. He purchased his first home when he was 20 years old and never looked back. Since then he has purchased and sold several of his own homes, including building his own current home in Oswego. Craig earned his bachelor degree in Business Management in 1998 and has worked in real estate since the beginning of his career. He held a management position for 9 years with one of the nation’s top home builders. During this time he began acquiring rental properties and obtained his real estate license in 2003. In 2007 he pursued his broker’s license and formed Your Place Realty, Inc. with a vision of being able to offer clients more personalized service and options than big names brokerages. His knowledge of home construction, investment properties and management experience helps him guide home buyers and investors alike. He continues to keep up on current real estate trends and has earned several designations including the e-Pro designation, Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource designation, Certified Negotiation Consultant designation and Broker Price Opinion certification.
Craig resides in Oswego with his wife Sarah, son Connor and their 2 dogs (Dudley and Minnie). If you don’t see Craig at the office submerged in real estate matters, you’ll likely find him spending all of his vacation time with family at their lake house in central Minnesota.
