Craig’s passion for real estate was evident early on in his life.  He purchased his first home when he was 20 years old and never looked back.  Since then he has purchased and sold several of his own homes, including building his own current home in Oswego.  Craig earned his bachelor degree in Business Management in 1998 and has worked in real estate since the beginning of his career.  He held a management position for 9 years with one of the nation’s top home builders.  During this time he began acquiring rental properties and obtained his real estate license in 2004.  In 2007 he pursued his broker’s license and formed Your Place Realty, Inc.  with a vision of being able to offer clients more personalized service and options than big names brokerages.  His knowledge of home construction, investment properties and management experience helps him guide home buyers and investors alike.  He continues to keep up on current real estate trends and has earned several designations including the e-Pro designation, Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource designation, Certified Negotiation Consultant designation and Broker Price Opinion certification.  He currently resides in Oswego with his wife Sarah and their son Connor.

Barb began her real estate career in 1983 as an Assistant Property Manager for a large commercial complex in Lisle, IL. In 1987 she became a Property Manager for Single Family Home communities, Apartment Buildings, Condominium and Townhome Associations in the downtown Chicago and far west suburbs. In 2001, she became a part-time Licensed Real Estate Agent. She dedicated herself full-time to real estate sales in 2003 and was chosen as the 2004 Rookie of the Year with sales of over $1.9 million. She has remained in the Multi-Million Dollar Club each year since. In 2007 she became a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Barb is dedicated to helping first time home buyers and specializes in investment properties and farmettes. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and working on her ponds and garden.

Jason Peterson

Jason is a Graduate of Illinois State University, where he studied the highly regarded Construction Management program and became well versed in residential and commercial construction. Since then, he has worked as a Project Manager at an Electrical Engineering firm, and a Senior Manager of Customer Relations with one of the Nation's largest home builders; where upon he was awarded the Illinois Rookie of the Year award for Customer Service in 2003 and had Illinois' highest Customer Satisfaction Scores for three years running. Needless to say Jason knows the high level of customer service that clients/customers need. Jason has lived in a variety of Chicago's great neighborhoods, including: River West, Lakeview, West Lakeview, Lincoln Park, West Bucktown, West Loop. He currently resides in Naperville with his wife and 2 children.

Cliff Fox

Cliff spent his early adult life around real estate and home building. His father built homes in the northwest suburbs and Cliff worked beside him doing everything from lot mowing to carpentry work. After obtaining an accounting degree, he worked on various homebuilding and land development projects throughout the Chicagoland and Aurora area. Cliff currently manages rental properties for several different investor clients. His experience makes him especially qualified to handle his real estate client's needs; from evaluation of the property to the acquisition of financing.

Cheryl married the love of her life in 2003. Between them, they have six children and two cute little dogs. Cheryl and her husband LOVE living in Oswego and enjoy the outdoors. You might see them walking around in the downtown area or on the river trail. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, playing volleyball, hiking/trails, rollerblading, the beach, yoga, and meditating. Her family often has get togethers at their home in Oswego. She has been a realtor for 7 years, including 5 of the toughest we're ever seen. She remains thankful to her loyal clients who return to her time after time and send her their referrals. She attributes her success in real estate to her high level of honesty, integrity and knowledge of today's market. Cheryl firmly believes that the home buying or selling process can be an enjoyable and exciting experience if you have the right agent. She strives every day to be that agent.
